The company was set up in 1994 by people who have been in the trade since 1966 in various capacities. The agency caters to all type of guests- be it 'individuals' or 'groups', budget concious or deluxe type, we look after them all in our usual personalized way.

Management Profiles

Mr. Kandolath Raghavan, Managing Partner, has been in trade since 1966. Travelled extensively within India and abroad, worked with giants in tourism business in different capacities. Takes personal interest to see guests are well looked after through out the journey.

Mr. P.Venugopalan, Partner, has also been in tourism trade since late sixties and has thorough knowledge of all tourism spots in South India.

Mrs.Kuttikkattil Chinnamani, is the other Partner, involved in operation of day to day activities.

Infrastucture

athira holidays has at disposal Deluxe AC houseboats attached to it and, therefore, quality rooms & services are always looked into. Personal attention is put into the operation and maintenance of these boats. Any number of well-maintained houseboats can be made available with sufficient notice.

athira holidays also has at disposal latest model vehicles with well experienced drivers to cater to the needs of visitors. The fleet includes Ambassador Cars, Toyota Qualis, Toyota Innova, Tempo Traveller and Mini & Large Coaches.

The commercial capital, Kochi (Cochin),in kerala, popularly known as God's own country, is our base from where all operations are carried out.

Other Branches are located at Kozhikode (Calicut) and Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) in Kerala, Chennai (Madras) in Tamil Nadu , Bangalore in Karnataka.

A call or email to Kochi would give the guests or their agents full information about the itinerary desired or to be suggested as also information related to hotel accommodation and transport.

athira holidays has trained and experienced personnel to take care of day-to-day activities in all over south india.

Government of India has granted recognition to athira holidays as " Approved Tour Operator".

athira holidays is also an Allied Member of IATO - Indian Association of Tour Operators.
