Tour Itinerary

Upon arrival pick up from the Airport and transfer to the hotel.

After breakfast visit Red Fort, the 17th century imposing fortress, the Jama Masjid (Friday Mosque), India's largest mosque where more than 20,000 people can offer prayer at a time and Raj Ghat Mahatma Gandhi's Memorial. In the afternoon visit New Delhi. You will drive past the President's Palace and India Gate (42m high), built to commemorate the 70,000 Indian soldiers who died in the 1st world war. Later visit Humayun's Tomb, and the Qutub Minar, the highest sands stone minaret in the world (73 meters).

After breakfast, drive to Agra.

Visit the Taj Mahal. Shah Jahan began the construction of Taj Mahal in 1632 following the death of his loving wife Mumtaz Mahal who died giving birth to their 14th child. Agra Fort- construction of the fort began by Mughal King Akbar in 16th century and was completed by his grandson Shah Jahan.

Back to the Delhi.

After breakfast, Drop at Airport for flight to Khajuraho.

Khajuraho - Situated in the northernmost part of Madhya Pradesh, Khajuraho is famous for its enchanting temples and its legendary Khajuraho dance festival. The name Khajuraho is derived from the Kaput tree (the date palm tree), which is grown abundantly in the region. Upon arrival Pickup from Airport drop at Hotel.

Late Evening enjoy light and sound show program. Back to Hotel.

After breakfast, today you will visit the Southern group of temples, which includes Duladeo, dedicated to Shiva, and Chatrabhuj, with its massive carved image of Vishnu.

In the second half visit the Western group of temples which includes the Kandariya Mahadeo, the largest of the temples, dedicated to Shiva. You also see Chaunsat Yogini, the only granite temple and chronologically the oldest shrine of the group. Back to Hotel.
Best Time to visit Bandavgarh Tiger Reserve: summer months, between Feb end and mid May

After breakfast, drive to Bandhavgarh (Bandhavgarh National Park : Wildlife retreat, where history and nature meet. Set amidst the Vindhyan ranges, the Park has a series of ridges running through it. Initially just 105.40 sq. km. in area, Bandhavgarh with 25 resident tigers, was noted for its high-density tiger population.) Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Rest day is free for enjoy the nature.

Early in the morning visit the park by Jeep with an English-speaking Naturalist. Back to hotel. Have breakfast. Rest day is free. Evening safari by Jeep. Back to Hotel.
